You may use Quartz only with footage, audio, transcripts, images, project files, and other materials that you own or are authorized to process.
- You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially host Quartz for third parties.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from Quartz.
- You may not bypass access controls, usage limits, payment systems, or desktop verification systems.
- You may not use Quartz to process unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or unauthorized material.
Ownership
Quartz, including its software, interfaces, workflows, models, names, logos, design systems, documentation, and related intellectual property, is owned by Quartz or its licensors.
You retain ownership of your source media and project materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Quartz.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that your account is being misused, creating risk for the service, violating these terms, or being used in a way that could harm Quartz or other users.
Early Access
Quartz may provide beta, preview, experimental, or early access features. These features may change, break, be removed, or produce incomplete results.
You remain responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before relying on them in a client project, delivery, or professional decision.
Billing and Refunds
Paid plans, prices, billing intervals, and included usage may change as Quartz evolves. We will present applicable payment terms before purchase when payment is required.
Unless required by law or stated in a separate written agreement, purchases are final and fees are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue, contact support so we can evaluate the problem.
Updates and Support
We may provide updates, bug fixes, model improvements, compatibility changes, or new features at our discretion.
Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis through our official channels. We do not guarantee response times, uninterrupted service, or resolution of every issue.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Quartz is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not warrant that Quartz will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every workflow, or suitable for any specific project, client requirement, platform, or delivery standard.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quartz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, project delays, or client disputes.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Quartz will not exceed the amount you paid to Quartz for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.
